This policy covers Regal Construction & Remodeling, Inc. ("Regal", "we", "us"), CA Lic #909023, at 19537 ½ Ventura Blvd, Tarzana, CA 91356, and this website, regalrenovation.com. It applies when you visit the site, fill in our estimate form, call us or text with us.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, address, and the answers you give about your project (what you want built, size, budget, timing).
- Calls: the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and which of our numbers you called. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; you'll hear a notice at the start of a recorded call.
- Text messages: your mobile number, the messages we exchange, and your consent to receive them.
- How you found us: the page you arrived on and campaign details in the link (for example which ad or listing you clicked).
- Device and usage data: pages viewed, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and cookies or similar tools, described below.
We don't ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health details or financial account numbers through this site.
How we use it
- To contact you about your estimate, schedule a visit, and plan and build your project.
- To send the texts and emails you agreed to, such as appointment reminders and project updates.
- To see which ads, listings and pages bring in customers, and to improve the site and our advertising.
- To keep records we're required to keep as a licensed contractor, and to protect against fraud and misuse.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that work for us under contract: website hosting, the systems that deliver your form and calls to our team (including our marketing partner), our customer database, and email and text-message providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Google and Meta. Their tools on this site record visits and form submissions so we can measure and improve our ads. Under California law this can count as "sharing" for advertising; you can opt out below.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing. Text-message opt-in data stays with us and the providers who send our messages.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive details such as account numbers through the form or by text.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
